Regarrding a Service Desk project, what’s better….to make it inhouse or to outsource it to a specialized company wich has ITIL experience.
In some parts of the world is more cost effective to outsource your Service Desk. I saw that they have excellent language capabilities for multilingual Service Desk and the salaries and infrastructure cost are very low.
