It really depends on the objective of undergoing a ITIL course. Based on experience, ITIL is no magic word that brings ina difference after becoming certified. In fact, ITIL is a way of life within a IT dept. If you're looking for the real ITIL experience, a class room based learning which includes a business simulation game is always a worthy choice.
HP-Quint offers this 3 day course with a high performance simulation game which would give an idea of how ITIL works in a Service management environment and the conceptual learnings are derived from the experience one gains from the game.
I really like the way HP does the Foundations course. Their HP Performance Simulation activity is not only a blast, it is a very practical example of how the company benefits from methodology. _________________ BR,
