Position Title: Senior Remedy Developer/Administrator (2 Positions)

As a Senior Developer, the individual will design, develop, test and deploy Custom Remedy applications and workflow enhancements from business requirements, in accordance with the corporate procedures and standards. This individual may also serve as a business analyst or project manager on select projects and may train Remedy users as required. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for the daily administration, maintenance, monitoring and support of all Remedy applications, servers and reporting. The individual is expected to evaluate Remedy application patches, enhancements and new releases as necessary.

To be considered, candidates must have 2-3 years of administrative and development experience using the Remedy Action Request System and ITSM Helpdesk, ARS 6.x experience, and reporting experience using Crystal 8.x or higher. Those with ITIL certification, Remedy API development, Project Management and SDLC experience, Business requirements gathering and Remedy Integration with other technologies and systems are preferred.

Job Requirements:
Ø Experience with AR System 6.3 and MidTier.
Ø Experience with Remedy API.
Ø Technical and functional knowledge of call center, change management and custom applications.
Ø Experience developing Crystal Reports desired.
Ø Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills.
Ø Willing to become ITIL Certified.
Ø Additional experience in one or more programming languages such as Java, Visual Basic desired.
