Service Management Consultant (ITIL) London and Manchester
Our Client a major force in the supply of ISO9001:2000 certified IT management consultants and services wish to recruit a number of Service Management Consultants to meet their businesses growth.
Having achieved high growth through excellence in delivery our client requires Red Badge ITIL consultants with 3 – 5 years experience of ITIL delivery and 8 plus years of demonstrable practical delivery in a service management environment.
The head office is based in central London however our client is actively seeking candidates from across the UK to work at a number of their customer sites.
Most ITIL experienced can deliver the hands on ITIL management, our client is looking for those that have delivered, can write the processes and transfer the skills to their customer’s staff. , but we are looking for those that can do it and also write the processes and explain to the clients staff how to do it.
