Hello All,

I'm gonna take up the Foundation Exam in the near future.
But i'd like to know if the Practitioner's and the Manager's Exam could be taken up anywhere in India.
Heard that they're written exams, unlike the Foundation, which is an oline one.
Could someone throw some light on this , please?

I know that HP were opening up their educational centres in India to run the full ITIL courses. I'd take a look at their website.

Hi,
We conduct trainings on Practitioners and Service Managers courses and also exams for the same. Please mail me at k.kumar@quintgroup.com for further info. Practitioners exam is objective but not online and a SM course is a descriptive one which has to be written.
