We are asking for any info about help desk software from FrontRange Heat, ITSM and an Open source code software called Request Tracker to use since we don't have any actual experience with the any of them.

How can I help you. We have been Heat users for 10 years and have now moved to the new ITSM product. We are in the implementation and migration phase hoping to go live within the next month.

Hey there ctipton...I noticed in a couple posts that you were deploying FrontRange's ITSM product. We too are long-time HEAT Call Logging users (10+ years) and are now looking at their new platform.
