Hi,
I've recently completed a successful ITSM project for DC Govt. (Remedy implementation with significant emphasis on building sound 'golden' business processes and integration with Landesk, HP Openview etc).
Role - Program Manager/2.5 yrs implementation
ITIL certified;
Strong mgmt exp from 10 yrs at Accenture
Exp with large multi-ERP environments - PeopleSoft/Ariba etc.,
I'm seeking consulting manager/advisor opportunities.
