Hi,
I am right now implementing Availability and Capability process, my idea is first of all, define a generic process customized according to my client organisation and afterwards to define a specific Capacity and Availability Plan for one specific service.
Please let me know your thoughts about this approach, and an example of a Capacity and Availability Plan will be great for me!
