go and buy a book called "Owning ITIL", written by the IT Skeptic - Rob England. It includes 17 realistic recommendations.

Plus some good humour.

#1 thing is to be very very wary of what toolset vendors say.

PS: in terms of study experience. Get off your ar$e and read through this forum. If it is a V2 Mgrs course, do lots of exam questions under exam conditions. Yep - I reckon you're on the better of the two paths. This being said, don't ignore the SOA and Managing across the lifecycle modules. At least someone from the team needs to understand the big picture and talk to the business. It might as well be you!

Firstly, prevention is better than cure. If you do loads of practice exam questions under exam conditions and consistently score well (>14), then you cannot fail unless you freak out on the day.
