Change Request close down -status reason

Good morning All,

Close down status reasons-Successful, Unsuccessful, Successful with Issues, Backed Out, Outside Window, Unauthorized Change, Process Failure)

Are all the above change request close down status reasons follow the ITIL standards? Any knowledge transfer and feedback will be greatly appreciated.

There are no ITIL Standards - ITIL is best practice not a requirement

The choices you have selected cover hat I can see are the possible results

However, you may neeed to think

1 change success or failure
2 - reason

instead
