Hey all
My first post so hope this finds u well

Branching out in a role to onboard a new customer wanting a desktop support function - this is my ownership to design etc
(Other parties are taking care of service desk and other areas)

I am experienced managing existing services but new to onboarding

Any thoughts on the process - what and where to apply my focus
Any known blogs or shared tools?

Please assume I know desktop pretty good - I’m kinda thinking an onboarding playbook type approach?
& I want to get those best practices down from experienced people rather than starting from scratch

- I can’t really get anything in house due to this being a new area of business for us
