Quality Assurance is Quartely job or Daily activities? WHY?

Do we really need permanent staff on Quality Assurance ? WHY?

QA should be part of all of the teams work ethic

There should be some sort of audit / review to make sure QA is being done

Team Lead, mgmt as part of their duty

It depends on what is being QA'd
