Just looking at booking Service Design training with a trainer.
I have previously attended RCV course with QA IQ and they were really good, but now thinking of getting Service Design under my belt.
No problems with QA IQ as they are tried and tested, but want to get some insight in to Purple Griffon. As they are offering good price for the course.
Has anyone of your guys here attended and ITIL training with Purple Griffon ? Any insight into there training quality would be helpful.
