As in just scraped a pass. I really thought I'd smashed it but ended up just managing to hit the 70%.
Now the proud owner of not one but two ITIL Brown Badges

Hey! I knew you were old. You are the only person here who routinely recognizes my references to Hendrix, Taste, Trower, Cream, Floyd, Morrison (Van) et al.

Although, I'm not so sure you picked up on Mercer/Carmichael. So you may not be "that" old.

I am also giving my OSA exam soon in January. would you please help me choose which books,materials to read and how you passed yours and what preparations you did ? thanks a lot.
