Dears, i want to have the ITIL Expert certificate, and im confused with my next step.
i have ITIL F, ITIL SO, ITIL CSI and ITIL SOA.
so should i take ITIL SS or ITIL SD? - as some guys told me that SOA overlap with SS.
and some say SOA overlaps with SD.
so please advise.
