Hi
I am almost done with my study and I will do my ITIL MALC expert exam in two weeks from now.

I read somewhere that the case study used for the exam is the same that we are using for the practice exam (The bank case study). Is that true?

I must admit that I would be greatly relieved to see that I do not have to study a whole new case study during the exam.

Thanks
Dag

No.

When I took the MALC exam after the course, the exam had its own case study

ouch

So doing that exam in only two hours will be quite short. The bank scenario have 6 or 7 pages. It is a good 1/2 hour reading. I hope the MALC case study will not be that long.

Thanks for the info.

have a great day

The MALC course and exam are usually done at one sitting

How did you do the course and have the exam separate

There are only a few questions - 20 I think
