Hi All,
What's the best way to go from V2 to V3 Foundation certificate?
I have just been made redundant and I have found out that I can get funding from the Welsh Government for training and want to update my ITIL Foundation.
Regards
Gareth
ITIL Foundation V2 to V3
Sorry about the redundency..
The ITIL Foundation 2011 needs to be taken - merely because it linked to the next level of exams and not the v2 foundation
Get a book - amazon - on the sytudy for itil foundation 2011 exam
and of course study the difference

Hi Garofski,
Anything that's an official licensed product will give you what you need, including:
The official guide: amazon .co. uk/ITIL-foundation-handbook-Stationery-Office/dp/0113313497
This one by Liz Gallacher and Helen Morris gets rave reviews: amazon. co. uk/Itil-Foundation-Exam-Study-Guide/dp/1119942756/ref=sr_1_2?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1469461326&sr=1-2&keywords=itil+foundation
These 2 I've written - the cheaper one is literally just the facts you need for the exam, and the more expensive one includes processes and tips that are outside the scope of the syllabus, it's meant to be useful for longer
amazon. co .uk/Itil-Lifecycle-Essentials-Governance/dp/1849284172/ref=sr_1_3?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1469461349&sr=1-3&keywords=claire+agutter

Good luck!
