I have done the study and going for Exam soon, however, Provider having Course Completion Certificate from their end only, so will it be considered as Training?
I am confused; Training is Mandatory ?
I have 3.5 years of experience in IT and have seen how software developed as well as delivered, also understand the services and support that IT provides to the clients.
So, In my case what will be required?
What i should go for?
Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

You do not need to take an accredited course to take the ITIL Foundation exam, however it is highly recommended. It is also very important to answer the questions on the exam based on what you have learned in the class as that is how the exam is positioned. It is not advisable to answer exam questions based on your experience. If you have any questions, let me know.
