From CSI perspective,measurements like metrics are required. Can I look into improving the service or process (New or Old) without measurement rather recommend the solutions to people involved? Need Help in this. Thanks

How can you evidence improvement without measuring something?

If you practice the high jump without raising the bar, how do you know you have jumped higher?
