Dears

kindly share with your ideas about prioritizing the incidents P1,P2,P3 and P4.

As matter of fact we are using the below
IMPACT Enterprise Branch/Site Multiple Users User
URGENCY
Very High P1 P1 P2 P2
High P1 P2 P2 P3
Medium P2 P2 P3 P3
Low P2 P3 P3 P4

we can't put a criteria to identify Enterprise and what the is very high
