Hi

I am to conduct an interview tomorrow (technical) for service restoration roles

I primarily work on change management and tough i know what SRT does and how it acts... I have never been on the role.

Now that I am to take technical interviews to hire people for this role (as we dont have any other within the organization in ITIL who can interview people for the role here in my city) , I am in need of assistance as an interviewer

May I please have some interview questions? what kind of answers can I expect? and how do I evaluate them according to their answers

Well... ask them if they can restore service

Honestly, I don't see how this forum can be helpful since nobody knows what the service restoration team's responsibilities are (including yourself, it seems) in your company. :twisted:
