Good day ,

I have been asked a question during a business interview which is :

- In the case of a software service degradation crisis , before proceeding to the process of coordinating the technical investigation efforts . what is the first priority for you as a Crisis Manager?

Currently i need an organized formal answer to the question as i know what to do but i can't list them in a clear organized points.
