I'm working for an organization and am evaluating ITSM tools (Incident / Prob / Change / Request / Release & CMDB.
I'd like to know which tools you are using and how you would rate them... let's say from 1 -5, 1 being - CRAPPY & 5 being FANTASTIC.
I want to know if you found them easy to implement, upgrade, design workflows and overall usability from your user group.
Not concerned about cost, want to learn more about the tools that are out there and what people think of them.
